Our Mission:

The first step in seeing through different eyes is to recognize things as they really are; to examine the processes and relationships that define your unique business model. A standardized curriculum is not going to meet the individual needs of your company, your employees and your corporate methods. Insight Solutions Group will first meet with executive management to clearly understand your concerns as you understand them. We can assist you in diagnosis and analysis - identifying your organization’s highest leverage issues. Surveys, questionnaires, assessments and other customized tools are at your disposal.

By skillfully asking the right questions, we are able to provide you with a level of analysis often absent in standardized assessments. Once your individual needs have been identified, we can provide appropriate curricula specifically designed to bring to pass the desired changes.

After the preliminary training has taken place, Insight Solutions Group will return to measure and discuss impact of the program. Additional diagnosis, combined with management and employee feedback is essential in this process.

In order to create lasting change, the individual must come to the realization that a change is needed. The motivation to enact those changes is greatly increased because it has been created from within. One must have the opportunity to apply lessons learned, and return and report successes and failures. This creates a sense of accountability and responsibility and a desire for change at all levels.

It is important that a level of competency and application be achieved prior to introducing new concepts. Only at the proper time does additional training take place. This unique approach allows everyone involved the opportunity to internalize and apply what they have learned. As new habits and skills are gained, participants are prepared to learn more and to implement those skills, opening new doors of opportunity.
